Gather your ingredients

Combine the dry ingredients

Whisk the wet ingredients

Mix the wet and dry ingredients

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until just combined. Do not overmix

Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Grease the griddle with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake

Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown
